The Penthouses at 415 Greenwich overlook the most desired neighborhood – in the most desired city – in the world. This brand stands for luxury – uncompromising in its quest for the best. The exclusivity of this offering meant that only a select few would be qualified
to purchase one of the Penthouses. To reach this target demographic, the campaign needed to be far from the ordinary. New World Group designed custom floorplans that were crafted to mirror an architect’s portfolio, complete with custom tube packaging. Advertising was kept free of clutter, letting the magnificent photography speak for itself.
