Aligned with the youthful art culture of Williamsburg, the 250N10 brand needed to  stand apart from the saturated urban landscape. At the same time, an overly-playful brand would not represent the luxurious quality of life in the newly-constructed apartment homes. With that in mind, we created an iconic brand which features a bold color profile with traditional shape elements and unique typography. Our creatives partnered with infamous artist Mr. Brainwash to assist in creation of a one-of-a-kind mural, generating a buzz at launch.
